Delete your data

You can delete your Tellalong account and every brand tied to it at any time. Here's exactly what that removes, and how to do it.

Option 1

From the dashboard

Settings → Organization → Delete organization removes your account, every connected brand, generated post, uploaded asset, and platform connection permanently. This is the fastest path and needs no waiting on us.

Option 2

By email

Email privacy@tellalong.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We verify the request and confirm once it's done — within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Option 3

If you signed in via a connected platform

Revoking Tellalong's access from Instagram, Facebook, or another platform's own settings stops us from publishing to that account immediately. It does not delete your Tellalong account — use one of the two options above for that.

What gets deleted

— Your account and organization membership
— Every brand, brand brief, and strategy brief you created
— Generated posts, drafts, and images
— Connected platform tokens (revoked, not just deleted from our database)
— Usage and billing history tied to your account

What we keep, and why

— Anonymized, aggregated performance benchmarks (business category + decision dimension only — never your content or identity) that already fed the cross-tenant benchmarks other customers' strategies use
— Records we're legally required to keep, such as invoices, for the period tax law requires
